How accurate is it?

Every valuation comes with the comparable sales and the reasons behind it, so you can judge it yourself. We'd rather show you than quote a number: bring a few homes you've sold and we'll value them in a demo.

Is this an appraisal?

No. It's an estimate of what the home is likely to sell for. Only an appraiser can give an appraisal.

Do I have to give up my CRM?

No. Parametric tells you who to call and keeps your clients next to their homes and CMAs. It doesn't have a dialer, texting or lead routing, so some agents keep their CRM for those.

Do I still need my MLS?

Yes. Keep using your MLS for listings and your board's tools. Parametric works beside it.
