How do I get started?
Request a demo. We check every agent before we open an account, so there's no instant sign-up. We'll walk you through it with a real listing and set you up.
How much is it?
Agent is CAD $99 a month. Brokerage is CAD $60 per agent, per month, on one invoice for the office. There's no setup fee.
Are prices in Canadian dollars? Is tax included?
All prices are in CAD. GST and PST are added where they apply.
Is there annual billing?
No. Both plans bill monthly.
Can I bring my clients with me?
Yes. Import your clients from the CRM you use now, and they're ready on the web and the mobile app.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. One account works on the web and on the iPhone and Android app, so you can start a CMA at your desk and finish it in the driveway.
Which areas are covered?
Vancouver Island today. Greater Vancouver is next, and Toronto is coming.
Does the valuation use the asking price?
No. The list price is never an input to the valuation, so it can't echo the ask. We show the asking price beside it so you can compare.
Is this an appraisal?
No. It's an estimate of what the home is likely to sell for, with the comparable sales and the reasons behind it. Only an appraiser can give an appraisal.
Can my brokerage pay?
Yes. The Brokerage plan is CAD $60 per agent, per month, on one invoice. Request a demo and we'll set it up for your office.
When are forms coming?
Pre-filled BC forms are in the works. We'll announce them here when they ship; there's no date yet.
Do you replace my CRM?
Parametric tells you who to call: follow-ups due, clients gone quiet, birthdays and who you can email. It doesn't have a dialer, texting or lead routing, so some agents keep their CRM for those.
