Can a walker sign off their own job?
No. Whoever walked the house can't sign it off; the software enforces it.
Does Field set the value?
No. The model estimate is a reference for the appraiser, not a value or an appraisal. The value, the commentary and the signature are always your appraiser's.
Does Field make our reports CUSPAP-compliant?
No software can: CUSPAP binds the appraiser, not the tool. Field keeps a record of who walked, who signed and what changed, so your file shows it.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Answers and photos are kept on the phone and send when you're back in coverage.
